Our commercial property had been vacant for nearly a year. We called CHP Media Group and asked the "Producer" if he could produce some sort of webpage for us. He said that he not only would do that but would create a video / Flash Slide show production for us with music and narration! What a selling point as prospects were able to view each room with no pressure from us and hear what we had to say about this property.
Well, we got our first offer within 3 months of having the site online. We got a fair price the new owner said that the video helped them make up their minds quicker.
