CHP Media Group is a media business made up of several specialized services.. AKA "The Group"! These services are comprised of: Website Design, Website Development, Search Engine Optimization, and Website Consulting. All of this is done with our expertise with advertising over the last 10 years. Who are we?
We started out in business in 1997 making simple Telephone "On Hold" messages. Our first website was www.carolinaonhold.com and is still the main url to our site. Since then, we have learned many techniques and skills that aid us in helping our clients reach their objectives. All along though, we have maintained our 3 Design Concepts as a focal point in customer service.
Our design concepts are quite simple and straight forward.
Primary Customer Concept:
At CHP Media Group, we start with the most important part of any project - listening to you. Tell us exactly what your concept is, what you want your project to do and when you want it completed.
Strategic Design Concept:
We do not believe in using Templates or other pre - designed formats to complete your project. Simply stated, we begin with a "blank sheet', an idea and a goal. We are not satisfied until you are completely happy with your project.
Striving for Excellence Concept:
"The word 'no' is not in our vocabulary. We will strive to provide whatever the customer needs to get his project completed, on time and on budget!"
